How we work. 5 stages, 8-10 weeks, no surprises.
Everything here will also be in the contract. If anything here isn't true — don't sign.
The stages
Discovery meeting
We come to you or meet at the studio in Nesher. We understand what you want, what the budget is, what the timeline is. No charge, no commitment. By the end of the meeting — a first sense of whether there's a fit.
Measure and initial design
We take exact measurements of the space (and if the home is still under construction, there are ways to design from the architect's plans). First sketch, proposed materials and solutions, price estimate within ±10%.
Full design and approval
After you approve the direction — full 3D design, final material selection (physical samples shown), hardware selection. Final price, signed contract, deposit.
Production
CNC cutting of components, hand assembly in the workshop in Nesher, paint or lacquer in a dedicated spray booth. You get photos at least twice a week. On most projects we invite you to come see it mid-way.
Installation
Our crew (us, not a third-party contractor) comes to you. We carry in, install, adjust every front to close flush. Check every drawer closes on its own with soft-close. Handed over in person with written care instructions.
Payment schedule
Open, in the contract, doesn't change midway.
at contract signing
Deposit. Confirms the order and lets us order materials.
before production starts
After you've approved the final design and reviewed material samples.
on installation day
After everything is installed, checked, and working. Not before.
We don't ask for 70% up front. If a carpenter does — ask why.

- —Demolition and removal of the old kitchen or closet

If you need someone for the surrounding work, we give names of the electrician, plumber and drywall person we've been working with for years. No kickback.
Warranty in writing
The contract includes a detailed warranty clause: 5 years on construction, paint and countertops. Blum manufacturer warranty on the hardware. Any failure due to material or workmanship — we fix it at our cost. A PDF of a sample contract is available before the meeting — if you want to read it before coming.

If the delay is on us (not on an outside supplier who's late with a rare material) — you get compensation per the contract: 1% of the price for each week of delay. We don't take on projects we're not sure we can finish on time.
Depends on the stage. Before production starts (stage 3) — you can change without surcharge. After CNC cutting has begun, a change means throwing away material, so there's an add. We'll calculate it up front, no surprises.
If it's a warranty case (material or workmanship), we fix it at our cost. If it's wear (someone forced a door open, drove a nail through the front for a picture), we fix it but for a fee. Either way — we answer and we fix it. We don't disappear.
Yes, gladly. On most projects there's a designer or architect on the client's side, and we work from their drawings or suggest adjustments if there's a technical issue. No commission, no pushing.
Yes. The contract names the supplier, the wood species, the Caesarstone line, the Blum model. If you want to see the purchase invoice — we'll show it. If you want to come to the workshop and see the material before work starts — come.
No. Our queue follows the signing date. If you have a tight project because of a wedding or a birth, we'll say up front whether it's realistic. If not, we won't take it on.
At the first meeting we show photos of projects, explain the difference between scandinavian and shaker, and get a sense of the home's style. If after the meeting you're still not sure, we don't require an answer that day.
3-4 in production at any one time, at different stages. That's the max that we (Yossi + two apprentices) can give real attention to. If we see we're getting overloaded, we postpone meetings instead of taking on what we can't deliver.
